I provide professional graphic design services including but not limited to: • Brand identity and logo design • Web and mobile UI/UX design • Social media graphics and marketing materials • Print design and packaging • Motion graphics and animations Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in individual project proposals.
All projects begin with a consultation to understand your needs. I will provide a detailed proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Projects commence upon written acceptance and receipt of the initial payment.
• Logo design: 5-10 business days • Brand identity: 2-4 weeks • Web/UI design: 2-6 weeks depending on complexity • Social media graphics: 3-7 business days • Motion graphics: 1-3 weeks Timelines may vary based on project scope and client feedback response time.
Final deliverables are provided in industry-standard formats including: • Vector files: AI, EPS, SVG, PDF • Raster files: PNG, JPG (high resolution) • Web formats: WebP, optimized PNG/JPG • Source files: PSD, Figma, XD (when applicable) • Video: MP4, MOV, GIF (for motion graphics)
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Revisions must be requested within the project timeline.
You agree to provide necessary materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays caused by late client responses may extend project timelines. You are responsible for ensuring all content provided is accurate and legally compliant.

Upon full payment, you receive full ownership and copyright of the final approved designs. I retain the right to display the work in my portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All work remains my property until full payment is received. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any designs before completing payment.
If third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, illustrations) are used, you are responsible for obtaining proper licenses. I can assist in sourcing licensed assets, which will be billed separately.
I respect the confidentiality of your business information and project details. I will not disclose sensitive information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or for project-related services (such as printing or development). You may cancel a project at any time. Refunds are calculated based on work completed. The initial deposit is non-refundable if design work has commenced.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if the project scope changes significantly, if you fail to provide necessary materials, or if communication becomes unproductive. In such cases, you will be refunded for work not completed.
I guarantee professional quality work and will make reasonable efforts to meet your expectations. However, design is subjective, and I cannot guarantee specific business results from the designs. You are responsible for final approval of all work before publication or printing. This website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. I do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
My liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of my services or designs. This includes but is not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.
I am not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond my reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
I reserve the right to showcase completed projects in my portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials. If you require confidentiality or non-disclosure, this must be agreed upon in writing before the project begins and may affect pricing.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of India.
I reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding related to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of India.
